Good location and comfortable room
Location was great - we were visiting Victoria area mostly so ideal as 15min walk from station. Comfy bed so good sleep, breakfast was tasty
Only one thing was as a ground floor room (room was good) had people walking past were loud pre Breakfast - woke us up both mornings.

What was the highlight of Georgian House Hotel
Nice, stylish, comfy-ish hotel in great location with top breakfast but let down by noisy footsteps
The lobby area is quite stylish. Location very central and would suit someone wanting to see all the main London sites. We enjoyed the breakfast and the fact it was in the old servants' quarters was interesting. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly if a little distracted by having to juggle different tasks.
It was a little confusing where we were to check in as it was essentially a laptop on an occasional table, not a counter. While this might be fashionable for some smaller hotels, it's confusing when guests are sat around in various states of being checked-in or out while a single staff member dashes to and fro. Something is lost with this arrangement... Other guests were unnecessarily loud with their footsteps and it being a Georgian terrace house, possibly with its original joists and boards under the carpet, it became thunderous at times. I wish other people could stomp less when staying in hotels. Heaven help their poor neighbours if these people live above them in an apartment with wooden floors and plaster ceilings. My goodness! Pimlico is a funny place. On the surface it looks like it was once quite a well-to-do suburb, but it's quite rough around the edges. Goes for most of London, I guess. Point is, don't think you're staying somewhere akin to a more affluent area. It is what it is. Would stay elsewhere if transiting on the way to another place via train or plane within 48 hours. This hotel is best for a tourist experience.

What was the highlight of Georgian House Hotel
So cute, and staff is incredible!
The location and staff were fantastic. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot!
I wouldn’t say this is a complete negative, but our room was on the top floor and the 83 stairs up were daunting at the end of a day walking around the city. We would def stay here again, but for anyone with mobility issues the stairs would be too much
